In 2017 we started Remote-how - a company that helps managers successfully lead distributed teams through learning, mentoring, and consulting services from the world’s top experts. To make it seamless, we developed the Remote-how platform, a hub of all our educational programs known as Remote-how Academy, and services on-demand. Any company or an individual user can log in to our platform and quickly connect with selected top experts, purchase ready-to-use services, or post a custom project for consultants to provide solutions proposals. So far, we have worked with 400+ clients including Walmart, Algolia, Olx, ING, Techstars, Trueventures, BWG Food, and Lifespan.
Remote-how Online Campus is an evolution of our earlier product Remote-how Academy. It’s a community with access to one of our cohort-based leadership programs and mentoring. After being in the training business for a couple of years, we wanted to develop a comprehensive solution that gives you practical knowledge, an opportunity to connect directly with experts and a trusted peer network that you can lean on whenever needed. We’re sure there’s no other place like Remote-how Online Campus.
Some of our cohort-based programs, like “Workplace Operations” or “People & Culture” are based in part on our curriculum from Certified in Distributed Management or Certified in Remote Human Resources. That means that upon completion, participants can obtain a Certification, confirming their knowledge. However, this is not mandatory to participate in the community.
Remote-how helps unlock growth for managers at medium and large companies. So far, we have welcomed leaders who work in technology, professional services, and fin-tech. Thanks to the diverse community and different leadership programs, we can accomodate different manager profiles.

The membership fee includes a one-year access to community, one chosen cohort-based leadership program and 4 sessions with a chosen mentor.
Our goal is to make this Program available to motivated individuals who want to keep shaping up operations and culture at their hybrid workplace. If you’re an individual, and you think money can be a problem, we’d love to help you get reimbursement at your company or split the payment into smaller installments.

The first part of the Remote-how Campus experience is joining our cohort-based leadership program. To get the most out of it, you should invest approximately 16 - 21 hours. Please, keep in mind the majority of the time will be spent on e-learning, and you can choose when to complete the lessons. Then, we recommend going through a round of sessions and do a practical assignment with a chosen mentor, which add up to another 4 hours. You should also include time for the assignment itself, at least 5 - 10 hours. Then, you can enjoy all the community events and asynchronous discussions on our platform. The minimum time commitment will be somewhere between 25 - 35 hours in total.
Yes. The Remote-how Campus is run entirely remotely.
There are no limits. If your company wants to enroll over 25 people, we can set up a dedicated cohort-based learning course for them and customize the expert-led sessions specifically for your needs.
