The time has come. We’re looking for more people just like us who believe that remote work is the future (and have some useful skills too!). That means we are now hiring! We’ve put together this post to tell you a little bit about what you could expect from working with us and to introduce you to our working manifesto.
So, who are we really? We are a young and enthusiastic team of doers who are passionate about their work, product, and life. We are on a mission here and we really mean it: to give everyone the freedom of choice as to where, when and how they work. We are achieving this goal by helping companies enter the remote work environment through consulting, education and work & travel projects. Remote-how Academy, our education and certification program, is just the first step in that journey. We believe “the magic” happens when the team culture knits. We strive for on an open, curious, and supporting work culture where everyone – no matter the background – works together. We are creating the ideal team that we would like to work with: warm and respectful, yet honest, direct, and challenging when needed.
We’re also probably a lot different from any big, medium, or small company you’ve ever worked with before. First of all, we don’t have an office. That means we all do our work remotely, with our team currently spread across 5 countries. We choose where and how we work, enabling us to adjust the work we’re doing to our lifestyle and traveling plans (Pssst … not sure if we should mention this, but we do have unlimited vacation policy!).
Working at Remote-how is an everyday learning experience. Being in the early stage of our journey, we can set up our processes and build the company from scratch exactly how we want. At Remote-how we’re not afraid of wearing different hats and support other team members in their daily work. With us, you’ll get great exposure to cutting-edge technologies and learn more about the product, marketing, sales, and business development (by doing and experimenting, we’ll also save you attending tons of boring lectures and workshops!).
