During each learning cycle you will master your remote-first skill set by attending interactive, live workshops provided by our top experts.

Virtual Coworking Events

Start with defining the goal for the upcoming cycle - add your own or use one from ours eg. Review your team communication rules - using a specific framework to identify your team communication weaknesses.

During the learning cycle, you will get access to multiple expert-led sessions eg. Virtual communication issues - how to get them resolved forever.

Learn a New Skill

Take part in a live, interactive workshop with one of our experts. It will focus on helping you master a very specific skill eg. Effective 1:1 meetings in the virtual setup.

Implement with Your Team

Run an internal Team Shaping Assessment with your team based on a provided scenario eg. Team Communication Principles. At the end of each cycle join a community meeting and exchange thoughts with fellow leaders.
