Our coaches will be available for up to 120 mins monthly to support your new employee in their questions and challenges around their remote/hybrid wellbeing or productivity. Support is given through voice-messages, videos, and text depending on what communication tools your company uses.

Step 1
Discovery call with the manager (60 mins) to go through your organization's ways of working, culture, and remote tools.
Step 2
Asynchronous remote well being and productivity coaching for the new employee. (Up to 120 mins weekly, and in max 30-min slots). Guaranteed reply within the following 24hrs from the message.
Step 3
Post-Survey to measure the impact and growth of the new hire
Step 4
1 x Strategy call (30 mins) with the new hire and the manager to design the next steps
