We offer support for your new hire when they're joining your team. Our coaches will be available for up to 120 mins monthly to support your new employee in their questions and challenges around their remote/hybrid wellbeing or productivity. Support is given through voice-messages, videos, and text depending on what communication tools your company uses.

Project steps

Step 1
Discovery call with the manager (60 mins) to go through your organization's ways of working, culture, and remote tools.
Step 2
Asynchronous remote well being and productivity coaching for the new employee. (Up to 120 mins weekly, and in max 30-min slots). Guaranteed reply within the following 24hrs from the message.
Step 3
Post-Survey to measure the impact and growth of the new hire
Step 4
1 x Strategy call (30 mins) with the new hire and the manager to design the next steps


1 x 60-min discovery call (manager of the new employee), 2 x 30-min to fill in Pre & Post Survey (per new employee), up to 120-mins of message support (video, voice note, or text) weekly, 1 x 60-min strategy call (manager & the new employee)
