A day with OFFICE@HOME trainer, Vera Kápolnás, was a great opportunity to prepare our HR Business Partner team to effectively support our leaders in addressing the emerging challenges of implementing our home office program.
The workshop provided an opportunity to learn about other corporate practices, to identify expected managerial and employee dilemmas, and to work together to develop solutions.

Vera has gained over 15 years of experience in flexible employment leading remote teams in every country in Europe. During this time, she participated in over ten thousand virtual meetings.
In the meantime, she has found out that with the right support, working from home efficiency can easily outperform traditional office work without compromising personal relationships and teamwork.
She is happy to pass on to business partners the leadership skills she acquired during the long-term learning process in teleworking and practical problem solving by introducing or improving home office programs and training in management.
