I feel that the course is more an experience than a course. It allows participants to experience what it means to work together anywhere.
There is more to a successful remote team and online team collaboration than just attending meetings and completing tasks. In order to create a collaborative workplace online, we have to focus on different things to combat the “out of sight, out of mind” mentality, and increase the constant team building. In this virtual workshop we explore how to better collaborate online, and the various tools and techniques for building trust and increasing camaraderie online.
You will walk away with a good understanding of the things to think about when managing a hybrid team [mix of virtual and office based], with a focus on behaviours, building team trust, human connection, inclusion, and managing by outcomes.
