Introducing mandatory diversity training in your company is NOT enough. Driving an increased awareness about the different aspects of DEI is the first step. However, in order to truly embrace a hiring approach that is fair, transparent, and human-oriented (let's not forget, enjoyable and beneficial for both sides - the employer and the candidate), we need to adopt a number of good practices and customize them to fit our organizational needs, values and goals. This interactive workshop focuses on the A to Z in terms of establishing a talent attraction and acquisition process that will up your confidence as a hiring manager, whilst showing you how to do the right thing for your future employees or talent pipeline.
