We take your new hire through our individual deep coaching program to help them set-up their work and life to best facilitate their new remote/hybrid role. This is not a "one-size-fits-all"-e-learning program, but an individual coaching journey specifically designed to help your new employee design their optimal work/life settings to become a thriving part of your organization. This means supporting them in becoming aware of their individual patterns that block and facilitate their productivity and wellbeing as well as explore their coping strategies, needs, and opportunities. We make sure your new hire knows how they work best, and that they have the right resources to support their long-term success in your organization.

Project steps

Step 1
Discovery call with the manager (60 mins) to go through your organization's ways of working, culture, and remote tools
Step 2
Pre-Survey (CONNECT wellbeing audit) to define the program focus
Step 3
7 x individual coaching sessions (90 mins each) with the new hire + inbetween session assignments
Step 4
Post-Survey to measure the impact and growth of the new hire
Step 5
1 x Strategy call (60 mins) with the new hire and the manager to design the next steps


1 x 60-min discovery call (manager of the new employee), 2 x 30-min to fill in Pre & Post Survey (per new employee), 7 x 90-min coaching call (per new employee), 1 x 60-min strategy call (manager & the new employee)
