The audit provides an insightful snapshot of what’s going well, what isn’t, and what can be changed in your current approach to remote work. It includes anonymous surveys with your employees tailored to four different groups, perspective analysis from both the manager and employee sides, 1:1 discovery calls with key stakeholders, and revision of your existing employee handbook and policies.

Expert-guided virtual workshops
Two expert-guided workshops will help you adapt your knowledge to your company specific situation: one workshop to re-define your employee benefits & perks strategy and one workshop to define goals for your L&D strategy and adjust it to a virtual learning experience.
Summary report
We’ll wrap up the project by preparing a complex summary report that serves as your further implementation roadmap. It includes feedback from remote work experts, suggested strategies to improve your HR processes in the remote environment, and a personalized onboarding checklist.
