Remote Work Audit: competency focus
The audit provides an insightful snapshot of the current level of your managers skills and their daily challenges with managing teams. It includes anonymous surveys with your employees tailored to four different groups, perspective analysis from both the manager and employee sides, 1:1 discovery calls with key stakeholders, and revision of your library of resources and L&D program (if existing).
Remote-how Academy for Managers
You’ll get access to expert-curated content from our flagship program at Remote-how Academy. We will onboard your managers to the program and stay in touch with them throughout their 6-week journey. You will be regularly updated about their results and feedback!
Expert-guided virtual workshops
Two expert-guided virtual workshops will help your managers adapt their knowledge to your company specific situation and needs. Topics for workshops will be suggested after analyzing the results from the Remote Work Audit: competency focus.
Summary report
We’ll wrap up the project by preparing a complex summary report that serves as your further implementation roadmap. It includes feedback from remote work experts, suggested strategies to improve performance of your management, and a draft of a remote management playbook or adjustments to your existing one!
Individual consultations with managers (optional)
That’s not all! If you want to stay in touch with our consultants during the implementation process, as well as measure the impact of the project, we’re happy to run regular consultations for you! This can include ongoing measurement of Key Behavior Indicators and mentoring with chosen managers from your company.
