Remote Work Audit: health check
The audit provides an insightful snapshot of the current state of your employee wellbeing and how remote work is impacting it. It includes anonymous surveys with your employees tailored to four different groups, perspective analysis from both the manager and employee sides, 1:1 discovery calls with key stakeholders, and revision of your existing employee handbook (if existing).
Remote-how Academy for Individuals
You’ll get access to expert-curated content from our flagship program at Remote-how Academy. You will be regularly updated about your employees’ results and feedback!
Expert-guided virtual workshops
Two expert-guided virtual workshops will help your employees adapt their knowledge to your company-specific situations and needs. Topics for workshops will be suggested after analyzing the results from the Remote Work Audit: health check.
Summary report
We’ll wrap up the project by preparing a complex summary report that serves as your further implementation roadmap. It will include feedback from remote work experts, recommendations for the leadership team on how employee wellbeing can be improved at the company-level, and suggested company-wide strategies to improve performance of your remote employees.
Individual consultations with managers (optional)
That’s not all! If you want to stay in touch with our consultants during the implementation process, or provide a safe consultancy space for your employees, we’re happy to run regular consultations for you! Implementation calls, long-term advising on employee wellbeing at your company, mentoring with chosen employees from your company.
