This workshop will help you and your company start to take the steps to build authority and influence in the remote space by focusing on 3 distinct areas: building authority for yourself within your company, building authority for yourself among other remote professionals, and building authority for your brand in the remote space.
After completing this workshop, you’ll be able to:
- take actionable steps to share your unique value with team members in and outside of your department,
- build authority as a manager within your team,
- leverage a number of opportunities to influence the greater remote community,
- have the mindset to innovate and experiment as is needed to make an impact on the remote community.
Project steps
Discovery Call (30 mins)
During the initial call, we will discuss the goals you want to achieve in this workshop. Following this, we will schedule a date and time.
Workshop Delivery
I will be available for you around 10 minutes before the workshop starts. During the first part, I will go through a tailored interactive presentation (60 mins), then we start the discussion (30 mins).
After the Workshop
I will share with you some additional materials for workshop participants that will let them explore the topic further.
