This workshop will help you discover which practices you’d like to strengthen within your company to encourage retention among your remote team members.
After completing this workshop, you’ll be able to:
revisit your onboarding practices to create a foundation of retention,
understand how communication tools should aid your team members and have a direction to discover ones that will fit the needs of your team,
determine how far you’d like to push into transparency and have several transparent methods you can put into place today,
factor team member growth conversations into your retention strategy,
think through the perks and benefits you offer, as well as contemplate how new ones can increase team morale.

During the initial call, we will discuss the goals you want to achieve in this workshop. After this, we will schedule a date and time.
I will be available for you around 10 minutes before the workshop starts. During the first part, I will go through a tailored interactive presentation (60 mins), then we start the discussion (30 mins).

I will share with you some additional materials for workshop participants that will let them explore the topic further.
