Phase 2: Mentoring (on-demand)
Take part in practical, teamwork-based assignments while working with our Mentors to address your team- or organization-wide challenges and needs. Projects vary from building team playbooks and process development, to addressing trust issues among employees.
Phase 3: Community (ongoing access)
Ongoing access to educational & networking events hosted all-year-round. Empower your managers to build meaningful connections with peers on our platform and learn from each other.
