Personal User Manuals are a great tool to drive healthy communication and collaboration in a remote team. They provide a lot of value because they are designed to 'lay your cards on the table'. Building them requires authenticity and vulnerability - naturally fostering trust and understanding between teammates. They also act as fantastic onboarding tools for new members of the team. In this workshop, we take a playful collaborative approach to building personal manuals. We provide questions that fuel relevant conversations, leading to animated discussions. The session is fun, engaging and everyone leaves with a tangible, valuable output.
