Valentina Thorner
Remote Product leader with CX background helping SaaS companies to take advantage of the Future of Work. Nickname: Empress.
What are you trying to accomplish? This quintessential product discovery question has served me well - as a product lead, as a team leader, as a CX professional, as a remote strategy consultant.
I focus on discovering, documenting, streamlining, improving (and sometimes replacing) processes while keeping enough wiggle room for growth and change. Agile methodologies (yes, certified ScrumMaster here) and deep dives into the "how" and "why", those are things that get me excited.
🌊 How can we remove friction for you to accomplish that thing? 🦫 Where do you need to add friction to make the undesired outcome less appealing?
Trying harder won't get you (or your company) anywhere. Instead, create an environment where the desired behaviour is more convenient than whatever you want to discourage. You can set up intentional systems to create collaboration, increase productivity, reduce loneliness and help people to do their best work.
I work best in organizations that don't require regular office attendance (so usually remote or remote-first organizations), and I am more than happy to help you make the switch. Once you have the basics in place, it's a lot easier to grow and adapt.
And yes, I do wear a tiara. I can't promise unicorns and rainbows, but I will add some sparkle ✨.
✉️ The easiest way to reach me is here on LinkedIn. I speak 🇺🇸/🇬🇧, 🇪🇸, 🇩🇪, 🇧🇷, 😺, and decent 🇫🇷.
