This program is designed for people handling different aspects of human resources management in distributed, remote-first, or remote only companies. We cover the content that will help you build an inclusive and remote company culture, design processes around attracting, assessing, recruiting and onboarding remote workers along with methods that will make them want to stay. We close the whole program with the legal aspects of remote work and best practices on contracts, taxes, and insurance for remote employees.

You’ll gain access to the first module of the Certified in Remote HR curriculum straight after your cohort starts. Bi-weekly we will be unlocking challenges for you, which require completion to unlock access to the next modules. In total, there are three modules filled full of video lessons, ebooks, cheatsheets, and assessments. You decide how and when you want to learn from them. The program takes 6 weeks, but you get 90-day access to all materials & the exam. If something unexpected happens which stops you from finishing the program on time, it’s not a problem!
