73% of all teams will have remote workers by 2028 according to a recent report by Upwork. No matter what industry you work in, sooner or later you will be influenced by the remote work revolution. Be ready for it.

This program is designed for people handling different aspects of human resources management in distributed, remote-first, or remote only companies. We cover the content that will help you build an inclusive and remote company culture, design processes around attracting, assessing, recruiting and onboarding remote workers along with methods that will make them want to stay. We close the whole program with the legal aspects of remote work and best practices on contracts, taxes, and insurance for remote employees.

You will start the course together with a group of like-minded professionals who want to learn more about remote workforce management. The content of our program is offered in digital form, mostly in a video format so you can learn whenever and wherever it’s most convenient for you. Every two weeks we will unlock the next module of the program and meet for a group consulting call to solve problems together. You can also expect at least 3 live webinars and fireside chats with invited guest experts from top remote companies. Our approach combines the power of community, daily micro-learning, and content provided by the world’s leading experts to give you a completely different and customized experience.

The program is conducted entirely online, so you can participate from anywhere, all you need is a laptop. You can learn whenever and wherever it’s most convenient for you, whether it is at work, at home, or on the train.

The program covers 3 core remote human resources management skills broken down into bi-weekly modules. Weeks 1-2 help you understand how to build an inclusive and remote-friendly company culture, weeks 3-4 teach you how to conduct all HR processes in a remote environment, and weeks 5-6 teach you how to make sure all of your actions are legal.

Each of the modules is further broken down into relevant subsections, which include video lessons, mini-tests, checklists, and assessments.

80% of each module is self-paced, meaning you can access and complete those parts at any time online. Each module also has 1 live webinar with our experts and 1 live Q&A session, where you will be meeting with the whole class.

At the end of the program, you will take an exam, which will test your knowledge of the subjects studied and grant you with a certificate. Each module has assessments and checklists to help you prepare for the final exam.

Yes, most of the content like videos, e-books, and assessments can be consumed at your own pace. From experience, we can say that going through all the materials requires an investment of 2-3 hours weekly.
